Good cool evening to you one and all, my dear friends! A quick tip of the kippah and hip-hip hurrah! It's Friday! The beginning of a long weekend and the beginning of the end and the start of many new beginnings for me. It's a new month; can you believe it's September already? My how times fly when you're busy, busy, busy! And just like every week, our friend is here, our delightful loving sweet capper is here to ease us into a fantastically fun weekend!. And now, yes you guessed it! It's spanking brand-new poem-time! And remember dear readers, please tell someone you love them, be sure to check on them if you live in a region of the world that is soaked in blazing, roaring heat and always-always-always enjoy!
Nuts Don't Just Fall Off Trees
I know.
I have always known.
Yes, I know.
I have known all along
Nuts don't just fall off the trees
For the Thin Men squeal loudly
Even without gonads
And I'd be the first in line to give those gonads a kick
But the Thin Men have none
They've never had any
Those with gonads
Speak their mind and stick with it
Those without, hide behind
Whatever they can find and see their shallow reflections
In the cowardice pools of circumspections
I am not afraid of what the Thin Men have to say
This display of discolored direction
Plays downward like a spinning detection
It's only a matter of time...
Yes, I know.
I have always known.
I have known all along
Nuts don't just fall off trees
My journal of life and those lives that surround & influence me, both positively & negatively
Friday, September 1
